Bloom ABA Therapy, PLLC is hiring part-time Behavior Technicians to provide individualized, one-to-one ABA services in clients' homes throughout New York's Capital District. We currently have immediate openings in Glenville, Schenectady, Albany, Burnt Hills, and Slingerlands. Available schedules are primarily weekday afternoons and early evenings (generally between 3:00-8:00 p.m.), with exact hours varying by family. Weekend hours are also available. Approximately 10-20 hours are available per week.
Pay:
$20-$30 per hour based on education and relevant experience Employment type: Part-time W-2 employee

Location:
In-home services throughout the Capital District What You'll Do Carry out individualized treatment-plan goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst Provide engaging, one-to-one services in clients' homes Support the development of communication, daily living, social, play, coping, and independence skills based on each client's individual needs Collect accurate session data Complete required session documentation on time Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA Maintain professional and respectful relationships with clients and families What We're Looking For Dependable, patient, engaging, and open to feedback Comfortable working independently in clients' homes Able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule Available for at least 8 hours per week during after-school and/or weekend hours Able to travel approximately 30 minutes to assigned client locations Interested in supporting children and families through individualized, neurodiversity-affirming services Previous ABA experience is not required. Education or experience in psychology, education, human services, social work, child development, communication sciences, occupational therapy, or a related field is preferred.
