Key Qualifications:
Board Certification in Behavior Analysis (BCBA) is required Prior experience in a school-based setting or working with children/adolescents is strongly preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, support staff, and families Strong analytical and reporting skills for student progress and data collection
Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans for students Work on-site 1-2 days per week to directly observe and interact with students and staff Provide training, resources, and ongoing support to teachers and paraprofessionals on the implementation of behavioral strategies Regularly monitor, review, and update intervention plans as needed for continued student success Present data-driven insights, intervention results, and recommendations to key contacts, including Chelsea & Jordan Document progress and maintain confidentiality in accordance with school policies and ethical guidelines This role offers a part-time schedule ideal for professionals looking to balance a fulfilling career with other personal or professional pursuits.
