Job Description

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) -
Private Schedule:
Monday-Friday |
Split Shift Hours:
7:00 AM-9:00 AM and 2:30 PM-6:30 PM Approximately 30 hours per week We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one support for a private client. This position offers a consistent Monday through Friday split schedule and includes providing transportation and taking the client into the community for activities and outings. Friday Morning:
7:00 AM-9:00
AM Afternoon/Evening:
2:30 PM-6:30 PM Approximately 30 hours per week Responsibilities Provide individualized one-on-one support to the client. Implement behavioral strategies and interventions as appropriate. Assist with the client's daily routines and activities. Take the client out into the community for recreational activities, errands, appointments, social outings, and other appropriate activities. Encourage community participation, independence, and appropriate social interaction. Provide safe and reliable transportation to and from community activities and other scheduled destinations. Maintain a professional, patient, and supportive environment. Communicate appropriately with the family and other members of the client's care team. Maintain consistency with the client's established routine and behavioral support needs. Requirements Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification. Valid driver's license. Reliable vehicle and current automobile insurance. Ability and willingness to safely transport the client as part of the position. Comfortable regularly taking the client into the community. Dependable and able to consistently work the required split schedule. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patient, compassionate, responsible, and comfortable working one-on-one with a private client. Ability to pass applicable background checks. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is reliable, energetic, patient, and comfortable supporting the client both at home and in the community. Because this is a private-client position, professionalism, dependability, consistency, and the ability to safely engage the client in community-based activities are especially important.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-9:00 AM and 2:30 PM-6:30 PM. Interested candidates should submit their resume along with information regarding their current RBT certification and availability.
Pay:
From $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 per week
