Empower & Thrive Behavioral Services We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)/Coach to join our team! You will be responsible for implementing effective treatment plans for clients in home and community-based settings. Join our locally owned and operated small practice serving the neurodivergent community using the science of ABA through a developmentally appropriate lens and with a trauma-assumed approach. We are hiring for full and part-time positions for the following locations: Lake Oswego, Milwaukie, West Linn, Oregon City, Canby, St. Paul and Salem areas (Oregon). Starting RBT pay range $20-26/hour
Responsibilities:
Work 1:1 with neurodivergent individuals (Autism, ADHD, PDA and more). Work closely with and implement treatment goals as written by the BCBA. Record accurate data and treatment notes. Drive to client home and community locations.
Qualifications:
Current Registered Behavior Technician/RBT certification (required). Previous experience in ABA and/or working with neurodivergent individuals (preferred).
Minimum educational requirement:
High school diploma (or equivalent). Compassionate and caring demeanor. Ability to build rapport with clients. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Current Driver's license, and auto insurance. Ability to pass a DMV and criminal background check.
Considered applicants will:
Have a current RBT certification (preferred).
Be licensed to work in the state of Oregon.
Pass a DMV and criminal background check.
Have a valid driver's license and current auto insurance.
Be required to drive to client's home and community-based sessions. Current benefits
