Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in. The BCBA will play a vital role in developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized behavior intervention plans for clients. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals requiring behavioral support, working closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to promote positive outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for evidence-based practices in behavior analysis. Responsibilities Design, develop, and supervise behavior intervention plans tailored to each client's needs. Conduct assessments and analyze data to monitor progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Provide direct supervision and training to Behavior Technicians and other staff members involved in client care. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistency and effectiveness of interventions. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, session notes, and treatment plans in compliance with organizational policies and ethical standards. Stay current with the latest research and best practices in applied behavior analysis (ABA). Conduct regular team meetings to review client progress and coordinate care strategies. Ensure all services provided are aligned with ethical guidelines and professional standards. Qualifications Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or eligible for certification. LBA in or equivalent licensure as required by state regulations. Proven experience working with individuals requiring behavioral interventions, preferably within ABA settings. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, families, and team members. Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
