Key Qualifications:

Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Previous experience supporting children or adolescents in school, clinical, or similar settings preferred Familiarity with behavior intervention plans, data collection, and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families Strong communication, observational, and documentation skills Compassion, patience, and reliability

Primary Responsibilities:
