Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous experience in a school or educational environment preferred Familiarity with ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) techniques and data collection methods Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues Patience, adaptability, and a commitment to fostering positive behavior change Ability to work independently and follow treatment plans outlined by BCBA supervisors

Key Responsibilities:
