Job Description
Position:
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Philadelphia Integrative Psychiatry (PIP) is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our expanding interdisciplinary team serving children, adolescents, and adults on the Main Line of Philadelphia. This contract-based role focuses on direct clinical care within a collaborative, integrative psychiatry setting.
Position Overview :
The BCBA will provide individualized behavioral assessment, treatment planning, and parent/caregiver training for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related behavioral or developmental needs. This position emphasizes clinical excellence, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuity of care. Working alongside psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, and allied health professionals, the BCBA will contribute to a cohesive treatment approach that integrates behavioral, emotional, and medical perspectives. The clinician will also participate in inter-agency consultation as needed for services rendered outside the organization, including coordination with speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, academic support teams, and school-based personnel for IEP revisions and community-based interventions. In-person availability for a minimum of 1-2 days per week Hours of availability include 1-2 evenings per week
RATE:
$85 per hour , commensurate with experience and scope of services. Flexible scheduling options within a supportive, integrative clinical environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop evidence-based behavior intervention plans (BIPs). Deliver direct therapy and parent/caregiver training sessions. Collaborate with internal and external providers to align treatment goals and ensure integrated care. Participate in interdisciplinary case reviews and community consultations. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold ethical and professional standards. Provide supervision to RBTs or behavior technicians, as applicable.
Requirements:
Active BCBA certification and Pennsylvania licensure required. Active Behavior Specialist License Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing direct ABA services. Strong communication skills and commitment to collaborative, family-centered care. Experience coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and external providers. Comfortable working independently within a private-pay, contract-based structure. Available for hybrid in-person and telehealth appointments for a minimum of 15 hours direct clinical hours per week In-person availability for a minimum of 1-2 days per week Hours of availability include 1-2 evenings per week
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Master's Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field Holds active BCBA certification and Pennsylvania licensure.
