Job Title:
Behavior Consultant II Location:
East Petersburg, PA Full-time (80 hours biweekly) Weekdays, daytime hours; 8 am to 5 pm

Free BCBA supervision provided with opportunities to learn from and collaborate with multiple experienced BCBAs Ongoing professional development including monthly Grand Rounds with nationally recognized experts No prior experience with developmental disabilities or adults required Robust collegial atmosphere, highly collaborative and innovative team Strong administrative support to enable clinicians to focus on client care Intentional, gradual building of caseload for new clinicians Reasonable productivity expectations with generous bonus incentive General Summary The Behavior Consultant is a key team member of CADD's ABA-Adult program which provides community-based behavior support for adults (21+). Conducts descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments for use in home and community-based settings. Provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results with supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Designs and implements behavior analytic interventions. Effectively develops and implements appropriate assessment and intervention methods specific to the client's needs. Teaches others on the clients care team to carry out ethical and effective behavior analytic interventions based on published research. Designs and delivers instruction under the supervision of a BCBA.
Minimum Education:
Master's Degree in ABA or related field such as Psychology or Education with a specialty in ABA required
Work Experience:
2 years' experience in working with people with an intellectual disability or autism and experience in developing/implementing behavioral analytic treatment plans required and Experience in clinical or counseling psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, or another related field required
Driver's License Statement:
Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence. Driving record must meet requirements established by
