We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join a supportive educational team with a local school around the Factoryville, PA area for the 2026-2027 school year. This part-time position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students' success through assessing behavior, developing behavior plans, and monitoring student progress.

Position Details:

Schedule:

Part-Time, 2 days per week

Workdays:

Flexible Start date: ASAP until June 1, 2027

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological and educational assessments to support student learning and eligibility determinations Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of student eligibility for individualized services Consult and collaborate with teachers, counselors, and administrators to create effective interventions and behavioral strategies Support students through counseling, intervention, and skill-building sessions. Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments for students

Qualifications and Experience:

Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification School-based experience preferred
