EEO Registered Behavior Technician Current Assignment:
Middle School Full-time The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) provides individualized behavioral support and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to students with autism spectrum disorder, developmental disabilities, emotional disturbance, and/or other behavioral needs, and provides coaching to staff. The RBT implements evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs to support students in achieving their academic, communicative, social, and behavioral Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals across all school settings. High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in education, or a related field preferred. Possess current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), or obtain certification within 90 days of hire. Minimum of one (1) year of experience providing ABA services or working directly with students with autism or developmental disabilities preferred. Completed coursework or training in Applied Behavior Analysis, special education, or child development preferred. Experience working in a school-based setting preferred. Hold First Aid and CPR certification or obtain within 60 days of hire. Hold certification in a district-approved crisis prevention and intervention program (e.g., CPI), or obtain within 90 days of hire. Must pass all background checks.

$20/
