About Us Grade Point Resources is a trusted educational staffing agency with a decade of experience providing support staff, specialists, and educators to schools across Western Pennsylvania. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Behavior Specialist to join our team at one of our partner school for the 2026-2027 school year. Position Overview The Behavior Specialist will work on-site up to 10 hours per week to provide consultation, staff support, and direct intervention with students who demonstrate challenging behaviors. This is a rewarding opportunity to collaborate with school staff and make a meaningful difference in the lives of students with special needs. Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) as assigned. Develop and assist in implementing Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs). Provide training, coaching, and consultation to staff on managing challenging behaviors. Work directly with students to decrease problem behaviors and build functional replacement skills. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and related service providers to support student success. Document services, progress, and recommendations as required. Qualifications Master's degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field required. Licensed as a Behavior Specialist in PA. Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or emotional/behavioral needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Current clearances required to work in Pennsylvania schools (PA Criminal History, Child Abuse, FBI Fingerprints).

Flexible, Part-Time, 10 hours/week
Pay:
