Desired Qualifications:

Current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Experience working with children or adolescents, preferably in school or clinical settings Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and best practices Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to accurately collect and record data on student progress Flexibility and resourcefulness in adapting to changing student needs and environment

Key Responsibilities:
