Qualifications:

Current RBT certification Proven experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician, preferably in a school or pediatric setting Strong understanding of ABA principles and data collection Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills Must be available for full-time, onsite work

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions as outlined in individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Collect and accurately document data on student progress and targeted behaviors Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to adjust interventions as needed Support the generalization of positive behaviors across school settings Utilize de-escalation techniques and promote safe, supportive learning environments Participate in ongoing training and supervision As part of this team, you'll gain valuable experience and see the tangible difference your dedication can make daily.
