What Were Looking For:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Prior experience in school or pediatric settings is highly beneficial Demonstrated ability to respond to aggressive behaviors and elopement Skilled in identifying triggersincluding sensitivity to sounds and loud musicand employing trauma-informed de-escalation strategies Patience, resilience, and a solution-oriented mindset Strong communication and collaboration skills with both students and educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct behavioral therapy and support across classroom and campus settings Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) with consistency and fidelity Observe, identify, and proactively address triggers to minimize student distress and prevent escalation Utilize crisis intervention and stabilization techniques maintaining student safety at all times Collaborate daily with teachers, counselors, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive environment Document student progress and response to interventions thoroughly and in a timely manner Maintain confidentiality and adhere to district policies and ethical guidelines Take the next step in your RBT career and make a tangible impact where it matters most.
