Full-Time Position Overview:
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for the 2026-2027 school year in Marion, SC. This full-time position involves providing direct behavioral support to students in a school-based setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The RBT will support students in developing communication, social, behavioral, and academic skills using evidence-based ABA strategies.
Work Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 8:00 AM•3:30
PM Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) under BCBA supervision Provide one-on-one and small group behavioral support to students Collect and document accurate data on student behaviors and progress Support skill development in communication, social interaction, and academics Assist in managing classroom behaviors using approved ABA techniques Collaborate with teachers, BCBAs, and school staff Maintain detailed and timely documentation per district guidelines
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Experience working with children or individuals with special needs preferred Strong communication, patience, and teamwork skills How to
