Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our dynamic team committed to transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As a BCBA, you will lead the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans for children and young adults with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by applying your expertise in applied behavior analysis (ABA), conducting comprehensive assessments, and providing clinical supervision to behavior technicians. Your energy, compassion, and professional knowledge will drive positive outcomes for our clients and their families. Duties Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify underlying causes of challenging behaviors Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on data collection and client needs Lead clinical supervision sessions with behavior technicians, providing guidance on ABA techniques and ensuring fidelity to treatment protocols Perform client assessments, including diagnostic evaluations and patient care planning for individuals with neurodevelopmental disorders Collect, analyze, and maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to support client progress across home, school, and community settings Provide training on behavioral health strategies, autism spectrum disorders support, and functional assessments to team members and caregivers Requirements Valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Experience working with children with disabilities, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or other neurodevelopmental disorders Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral intervention techniques, and functional behavior assessment (FBA) processes Proven ability to perform behavioral health assessments, data collection, and medical documentation accurately Experience working in home-based or school settings supporting children with developmental disabilities Excellent communication skills for client consultation, team collaboration, and family education Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and HIPAA compliance standards Join us in creating a supportive environment where every child can thrive!
