Job Description

Category Schools - RBT - Registered Behavior Technician Job Type Contract Make a meaningful impact by supporting students with disabilities as a valued behavior support professional. This full-time contract position is focused on enhancing the educational experience for students, with a core goal of improving the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE) for Students with Disabilities (SWD). You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively within schools near Clinton, TN, making difference every day as either a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Qualifications:
Active certification as an RBT or BCBA required Experience implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies in educational settings Demonstrated understanding of special education guidelines and LRE principles Strong collaborative skills for working with educators, families, and support staff Ability to collect, document, and analyze behavioral data Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
Provide direct behavioral support to students with disabilities, promoting access to general education settings Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA Collaborate with teachers, other professionals, and families to foster positive behavioral outcomes Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Document behavioral data and assist in the assessment of program effectiveness Participate in team meetings, IEPs, and professional development activities Perks of this contract role include the chance to positively affect students' daily experiences and work alongside a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
