We are a locally owned ABA provider serving children and families in home, school, and community settings. We are looking for a BCBA who values clinical autonomy, a manageable caseload, strong RBT support, and direct access to company leadership . Abilities Unlimited is also preparing to expand into center-based ABA services in Clarksville in 2027 , creating future opportunities for clinic-based work and leadership as the company grows.

Full-Time Pay:
$85,000-$92,000 per year

Up to $10,000 annually

Home, School & Community-Based What We Offer $85,000-$92,000 annual base salary , based on experience Up to $10,000 in annual performance bonuses Approximately 8-10 clients per BCBA caseload QSEHRA health reimbursement benefit Full-time salaried position Clinical autonomy and flexibility Direct access to company ownership and leadership Supportive RBT teams Opportunity to help shape clinical systems as the company grows Potential transition into our future Clarksville clinic What You'll Do Conduct initial and ongoing behavioral assessments Develop individualized ABA treatment plans Develop and monitor Behavior Intervention Plans when appropriate Supervise, train, and provide clinical guidance to RBTs Conduct direct observations and protocol modification Review client data and adjust programming based on progress Provide caregiver training and support Collaborate with schools and other members of the client's care team when clinically appropriate Monitor treatment integrity and clinical quality Complete required clinical documentation Support generalization of skills across environments
What We're Looking For Required:
Current BCBA certification Current Tennessee licensure or eligibility for Tennessee licensure Strong clinical judgment and ethical decision-making Effective communication and leadership skills Ability to supervise and support RBTs Commitment to individualized, evidence-based ABA treatment Experience in home, school, or community-based ABA is preferred, but BCBAs coming from a clinic setting are encouraged to apply.
