Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time Pediatrics Amarillo, TX $5,000 Sign-On Bonus H2 Health Kids is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our pediatric outpatient team in Amarillo, Texas. Our pediatric team primarily serves children with autism spectrum disorder and related developmental diagnoses. Through evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, we focus on improving communication, social interaction, emotional regulation, adaptive skills, and functional independence. You'll work alongside a multidisciplinary team dedicated to delivering exceptional care for every child and family we serve. Your Role Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide clinical oversight and supervision to BCaBAs and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans based on data-driven outcomes Collaborate with families and caregivers to promote consistency and skill carryover across environments Partner with interdisciplinary team members, including Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Physical Therapists (PTs) Model treatment plan implementation through direct client interaction, coaching, and consultation to support treatment fidelity and successful outcomes Support skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and meaningful functional progress through individualized ABA programming Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with payer, regulatory, and ethical standards Contribute to a culture of clinical excellence, collaboration, and continuous professional growth Requirements Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Current state licensure, if required Strong leadership, communication, and clinical decision-making skills Commitment to delivering ethical, compassionate, family-centered ABA services Benefits Competitive compensation ranging from $77,000 - $91,000 annually $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and paid holidays 401(k) with company match Tuition loan reimbursement Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Company-paid life insurance Additional voluntary benefit options Workplace Experience & Perks Monday-Friday schedule with flexible scheduling opportunities Manageable caseload expectations Collaborative, clinician-led culture Strong administrative support H2U continuing education resources and live CEU opportunities Leadership development and career advancement opportunities Employee recognition programs Opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families If you're looking for an organization that values clinical excellence, teamwork, and professional growth while empowering you to deliver exceptional patient care, we'd love to hear from you.
