Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Active and unrestricted BCBA certification required Demonstrated experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Strong background in providing supervision and mentorship, particularly with BCBA-interns Familiarity with the IEP process, including collaboration and consultation with multidisciplinary teams Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Previous work in school settings or with children/adolescents preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and support a BCBA-intern, ensuring clinical growth and adherence to best practices Lead and contribute to the completion of FBAs and the development and implementation of BIPs Participate in IEP meetings as a behavioral consultant, offering expertise in strategy development and data analysis Collaborate closely with educators, support staff, and families to enhance student outcomes Maintain thorough and timely documentation aligned with district and licensing standards
