Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) We are a new practice and looking for many BCBAs. What sets us apart is we use a collaborative care model, clients can receive support all in one place. Alliance Medial Center does ABA therapy, Counseling, Intensive Outpatient Therapy, and expect to add Family Medicine, and more. Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), where you will lead the development and implementation of individualized behavioral intervention plans for children and adolescents with neurodevelopmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive assessments, oversee data collection, and provide clinical supervision to behavior technicians. Your expertise will drive meaningful progress in clients' communication, social skills, and daily functioning, making a lasting impact on their lives. Responsibilities Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments to identify client needs and inform treatment plans Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based behavior intervention plans tailored to individual client goals Collect, analyze, and interpret data to measure client progress and adjust interventions accordingly Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and staff working directly with clients Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to ensure comprehensive support and consistent implementation of interventions Perform intake assessments and participate in diagnostic evaluations for new clients Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations Skills Extensive experience working with children with disabilities, especially those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodevelopmental disorders Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), functional assessment techniques, and behavior intervention strategies Proven ability to conduct behavioral health assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA) effectively Excellent client communication skills to foster trust with clients and their families Experience working in home-based settings, schools, or clinical environments supporting children with developmental disabilities Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation standards, and HIPAA compliance requirements Ability to provide clinical supervision while demonstrating leadership in behavioral health practices Competitive wage aligned with competence and excellence Join us in making a difference by empowering children with developmental disabilities through compassionate care grounded in evidence-based practices. Pay:
$63,096.57 - $84,220.00 per year
