Job Description

Job Summary:

We are

URGENTLY

looking for a compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities, implementing behavior management strategies and assisting with daily activities.

Responsibilities:

Work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities to implement behavior intervention plans
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) as required
Maintain precise and detailed medical records and documentation
Utilize knowledge of medical terminology for effective communication
Apply behavior analysis techniques to facilitate clients' progress
Collaborate with professionals in special education to optimize client outcomes
Develop and execute individualized care plans based on specific needs
Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations for maintaining client confidentiality

Skills:

Experience in patient care, particularly working with individuals with developmental disabilities
Proficiency in data collection and analysis related to behavior management
Familiarity with children's needs and behaviors
Knowledge of medical terminology and medical records management
Understanding of activities of daily living (ADLs) support
Background in behavioral health or special education is advantageous
