Full Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Looking for something different in your BCBA career? We are looking for a motivated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who wants variety in their work. This position offers opportunities to provide traditional ABA services while also consulting with schools, conducting functional behavior assessments, participating in IEP meetings, training staff and caregivers, and contributing to new programs and projects. Whether you enjoy direct clinical work, school consultation, assessment, staff development—or a combination—we want to help you build a role that uses your strengths and interests. Responsibilities Consult with schools regarding student behavior, classroom supports, and behavior intervention strategies. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop comprehensive reports to support school teams and IEP meetings. Design, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Supervise and support RBTs and other clinical staff. Train staff, caregivers, and school teams on ABA principles, behavior strategies, and individualized treatment plans. Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to provide coordinated services. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, payer requirements, and professional ethical standards. Effectively manage a caseload while maintaining a healthy and sustainable work-life balance. Maintain BCBA certification, professional licensure, and continuing education requirements. Participate and contribute during clinical and team meetings. Participate in projects designed to improve service delivery, staff development, school partnerships, and other areas of autism and behavioral services. $55.00 – $60.00 per hour + bonuses
