Job Description

We are seeking compassionate and reliable Behavior Technicians (BTs) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents in a home setting under BCBA supervision. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about working with children and growing within the ABA field.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM Part-time position

Pay Rate:

$20-$24/hour based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

Provide 1:1 ABA therapy services in the home Implement behavior plans under BCBA supervision Collect session data and complete documentation Support communication, social, and daily living skills

Qualifications:

RBT certification preferred or willingness to obtain Experience working with children with ASD Experience with Early Intervention Strong communication and professionalism Reliable transportation required We offer flexible scheduling, ongoing support, and opportunities for growth within the ABA field.
