Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Pediatric ABA Behavior Analyst and make a meaningful difference in the lives of children with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorders. In this role, you will provide evidence-based behavioral therapy grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support children's growth, communication, and social skills. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver impactful interventions in various settings such as homes and schools. Your expertise will empower children to reach their full potential while working within a collaborative, supportive environment that values professional growth and patient care. Duties Conduct behavioral psychological assessments and functional behavior assessments (FBA) to identify target behaviors and underlying functions. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans tailored to each child's needs. Collect and analyze data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly. Perform intake evaluations and assist with diagnostic evaluations for children suspected of having neurodevelopmental disorders. Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and junior staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in ABA therapy. Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and ensure consistency across environments. Maintain accurate medical documentation, medical records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations for client confidentiality. Qualifications Experience working with children, especially those with disabilities or neurodevelopmental disorders such as autism spectrum disorder. Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles, behavioral health strategies, and behavioral intervention techniques. Familiarity with data collection methods, functional assessments, FBA processes, and diagnostic evaluation procedures. Prior experience working in home-based settings or school environments supporting children with developmental disabilities. Ability to communicate effectively with clients' families and multidisciplinary teams; experience working with medical terminology is a plus. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or equivalent credential is highly preferred. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, medical documentation standards, and experience managing medical records. Pay:
$72,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
