• 28 per Hour Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home ABA therapy services in Franklin, VA.

We're looking for a compassionate, dependable, and energetic professional who is passionate about helping children with autism develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills through high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. • 28 per hour Supportive BCBA supervision and mentorship Paid training and onboarding Opportunities for advancement and professional growth Positive and collaborative team culture Meaningful work that makes a difference every day Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services in the client's home Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies under BCBA supervision Collect and record behavioral data using the company's electronic documentation system Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development Maintain a safe, engaging, and professional therapy environment Communicate regularly with supervising BCBAs and caregivers Complete documentation accurately and on time Availability Requirements Candidates must have availability for the following schedule: Monday•

9:00 AM

• 2:00 PM Services are currently scheduled during these times; however, schedules are subject to change based on client needs, staffing needs, authorizations, cancellations, and operational considerations.

Consistent availability during the listed schedule is required. Qualifications Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required Previous ABA experience required Experience working with children with autism preferred Reliable transportation required Strong communication and professionalism Ability to work independently while maintaining communication with your supervising BCBA Must be dependable, patient, and team-oriented Ability to pass required background checks Physical Requirements Ability to actively engage with children throughout therapy sessions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, bend, run, and respond quickly to client behaviors Benefits This is a part-time position.
