Desired Qualifications & Experience:
Valid RBT certification in good standing Previous experience as a Paraprofessional or Registered Behavior Technician working with children in educational settings Familiarity with individualized behavior intervention plans and data collection Confidence collaborating with teachers, therapists, and other school staff Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassion, patience, and the ability to motivate and support children of differing abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Work one-on-one or in small groups to implement behavioral strategies under the supervision of Board Certified Behavior Analysts Provide targeted academic and behavioral assistance to students with diverse needs as outlined in their individualized plans Record and report on student progress and behavior to support data-driven decision making Assist classroom teachers in fostering a safe and nurturing learning environment Adapt support and interventions to best meet the needs of specific students throughout the school day Contribute to team meetings and professional development as required You'll find this role both rewarding and impactful, allowing you to build skills while supporting students' growth and success.
