In this role, you will deliver evidence-based behavioral interventions, support clients in achieving their goals, and collaborate closely with families and multidisciplinary teams. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your skills in applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management, and patient care within the clinical settings. This is a new clinic with a steady stream of new clients coming in. Day time hours are available. Will provide FREE training to obtain RBT Certification. Responsibilities Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles to promote skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Collect, record, and analyze behavioral data accurately to monitor progress and inform treatment adjustments. Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including grooming, feeding, and hygiene, to support independence. Engage in direct behavioral therapy sessions tailored to each client's needs, ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines such as the Professional and Ethical Compliance Code for Behavior Analysts. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members to provide updates on progress and address concerns. Maintain detailed medical documentation, client records, and treatment logs in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Support the implementation of care plans designed for individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other neurodevelopmental conditions across various settings including home and school environments. Qualifications Prior experience working with children or individuals with disabilities, especially those with autism or neurodevelopmental disorders. Knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and behavior therapy techniques. Ability to assist clients with ADLs and implement behavior intervention protocols consistently. Strong data collection skills and experience maintaining accurate medical records within HIPAA guidelines. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients' families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals. Pay:
$18.00 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 40.0 per week
