This contract opportunity is close to Everett, WA, and offers the rewarding challenge of working directly with an 8-year-old 3rd grade student in an engaging school environment. The school day runs from 8:35am to 3:05pm, with early release on Wednesdays at 1:51pm. Youll have the unique chance to work collaboratively with a supervising BCBA, ensuring both compliance with RBT supervision requirements and the students success.

Qualifications:

Active RBT Certification required Previous experience supporting elementary-aged students preferred Strong ability to implement individualized behavior intervention plans Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with supervising BCBA, school staff, and families Commitment to maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions

Key Responsibilities:

Work 1:1 with a third-grade female student, providing consistent behavior support within the school setting Implement interventions and collect behavioral data under BCBA supervision Support instructional activities and assist with transitions throughout the school day Foster a safe, supportive, and structured environment Communicate regularly with the supervising BCBA to report on progress and adapt strategies as needed This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in a students academic and personal development while advancing your own professional skillset.
