Qualifications and Experience:

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or eligibility Experience as a Paraprofessional, Behavior Specialist, or ABA Therapist in an educational setting preferred Knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles Strong interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to supporting students from kindergarten through high school

Key Responsibilities:

Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts and Special Education staff Provide direct support to students across K-12, adapting strategies to meet unique needs Collect data and document student progress toward behavioral and educational goals Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure student success Uphold confidentiality and foster a safe, inclusive learning environment
