Qualifications:
Current experience as a Cath Lab Tech Familiarity with invasive cardiac, vascular, and electrophysiologic procedures Proficiency with advanced imaging and electrical equipment Strong judgment, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities Understanding of aseptic and sterile techniques Excellent communication skills for patient advocacy and team collaboration Capacity to educate, mentor, and train others Ability to troubleshoot complex equipment issues
Key Responsibilities:
Assist cardiologists in a variety of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures Set up and operate advanced imaging/computer equipment Monitor, record, and interpret hemodynamic and procedural data Prepare and manage the sterile field, supplies, and equipment Advocate for patients, providing reassurance and education during procedures Collaborate in laboratory-based research when needed Ensure the safety, accuracy, and efficacy of equipment and patient records Communicate effectively with team members, physicians, and vendors Support optimal outcomes and uphold high care standards
