Responsibilities:
Maintaining an organized working environment. Discuss financial options & insurance details with clarity Guide patients through their treatment plans with confidence Collaborate with critical care and acute care teams to ensure seamless coordination of patient care. Assist with financial management tasks, such as budgeting, billing, and expense tracking. Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure the confidentiality of patient information. Scheduling patient appointments and verifying new patient information, including checking in patients, collecting payments from patients, and updating patients' information on our records. Communicating with patients regarding their appointments or any changes to their appointments.
Requirements:
3 years of experience with PPO, HMO and Dentical. 3 years of experience in Treatment Planning. Excellent leadership and supervisory skills. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
