That's the mission. That's the attitude. About the Role As our Treatment Coordinator, you'll be the bridge between our doctors and our patients.

You will:

Guide patients through treatment plans with clarity and compassion Help patients understand their insurance (without overwhelm) Present financing options with confidence , just solutions Keep a multi-doctor schedule organized and flowing smoothly Play a key role in helping patients say YES to the care they need. What We're Looking For Dental experience (front or back office — we value both) Strong understanding of dental insurance Confidence presenting financial options clearly and professionally A warm, welcoming personality A "find a way" mindset — problem solver, not problem spotter Bilingual or multilingual is a big plus (we serve a diverse community)
