Full-Time Treatment Tech / Appointment Setter (Spanish/English) Los Alamitos, CA | $18-$20/hr + Bonuses | Full-Time (35-40 hrs/week) Join a Team That's Changing Lives Every Day We're a fast-growing medical office in Los Alamitos, CA looking for a Full-Time Bilingual (Spanish/English) Treatment Tech / Appointment Setter who is passionate about helping people, enjoys working directly with patients, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This is a hands-on position that combines patient care support, treatment assistance, appointment setting, and front desk responsibilities. You'll work closely with patients throughout their visits—helping them with treatment equipment, encouraging them through their care, assisting the clinical team, and helping potential patients take the first step toward improving their health. What You'll Do As a Treatment Tech / Appointment Setter, you'll play an important role in both the patient experience and daily operations of the clinic. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Assist patients on and off treatment equipment safely and comfortably Guide patients through their treatment routine according to the doctor's instructions and office protocols Motivate, encourage, and uplift patients throughout their care and remind them why consistency with their treatment is important Help patients feel comfortable, supported, and confident during their visits Monitor treatment areas and communicate patient questions, concerns, or changes to the doctor or clinical team Prepare, clean, organize, and restock treatment and exam areas Speak with potential patients, answer basic questions, and help them feel confident about scheduling their first appointment Make approximately 20-30 outbound calls per shift to new leads, existing leads, and patients Schedule and confirm appointments and follow up with patients to help reduce no-shows Assist with patient check-ins, scheduling, and front desk responsibilities Provide Spanish/English translation support for the doctor and clinical team when needed Assist with basic documentation and treatment notes under supervision Maintain accurate patient and appointment information in our scheduling and CRM systems Help keep the clinic clean, organized, professional, and running efficiently Perform other various tasks around the office as needed to support patients, the team, and daily operations Why You'll Love Working With UsBonuses & Incentives We believe hard work, reliability, and results should be recognized and rewarded.

Requirements:
Bilingual in Spanish and English (Required) At least 6 months of experience in customer service, reception, appointment setting, patient care, or a similar role Comfortable working directly and hands-on with patients Comfortable making approximately 20-30 calls per shift Comfortable speaking with new leads and scheduling appointments Friendly, confident, and professional communication skills Positive attitude and ability to motivate and encourage others Organized, dependable, punctual, and able to multitask Comfortable learning how to operate treatment equipment Able to follow instructions, office procedures, and treatment protocols Willing to learn and assist in different areas of the office as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred (but not required): Previous experience as a treatment tech, chiropractic assistant, medical assistant, physical therapy aide, or similar patient-care role Experience in a chiropractic, medical, physical therapy, or wellness office Familiarity with basic medical terminology Appointment-setting or phone experience Experience using scheduling or CRM systems
