Bloom Orthodontics is hiring a friendly and self-motivated Treatment Coordinator. This is a people-first role : you'll be the one guiding patients and their families through the early, sometimes nerve-wracking steps of starting orthodontic treatment, and helping them feel confident about the process — both clinically and financially. Led by Dr. Katherine Zhang, Bloom is a small orthodontic practice on the Los Altos/Mountain View border where patients are treated like family. In this role, you'll be the thread that ties every patient's experience together, from their very first hello to the day they start treatment.
