Job Description
Overview Bridge Street Dental is a privately owned, growing, patient-centered practice in Brighton, Colorado. Our Treatment Coordinator serves as the bridge between patients and the dental team, ensuring smooth scheduling, treatment planning, and insurance coordination.
Schedule Monday/Tuesday:

PM Wednesday/Thursday:
10 AM

PM Saturday:
8 AM
•1 PM (1-2 Saturdays a month)
Friday:
off Approximately 38-40 hours per week. What You'll Do Treatment coordination: Present treatment plans to patients after the doctor's exam — explain what's recommended, why it matters, and the cost Verify insurance benefits and prepare accurate, easy-to-understand financial estimates before the conversation happens Arrange financing options and set up payment plans that work for the patient Monitor unscheduled treatment — follow up and schedule patient appointments Supporting the practice: Schedule treatment appointments and help keep the doctor's days full and productive Collect payments and manage patient financial accounts Maintain patient records, treatment notes, and financial arrangements in Dentrix Ascend Support the front desk with phones, greeting patients, and our re-care/recall system What We're Looking For 2+ years of experience in a dental office; treatment coordinator or case presentation experience strongly preferred Comfortable talking about money —walk a patient through a treatment plan clearly and without pressure Solid grasp of dental insurance: benefits, frequencies, downgrades, etc. Excellent phone presence and attention to detail Dentrix Ascend experience is a plus; comfortable learning practice software Reliable, organized, and able to multitask A team player who takes pride in a full, well-run schedule Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Paid holidays 401(k) Dental care benefits for you and your family Training and growth opportunities in a supportive team This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a positive patient experience.
