Coastal Connecticut Counseling is looking for an experienced LCSW, LMFT, or LPC who wants the autonomy of being an experienced clinician with the referrals, stability, support, and community of an established practice. You'll provide outpatient psychotherapy based on your areas of expertise while maintaining timely documentation, collaborating with the treatment team when appropriate, and providing excellent, consistent client care. Experience with children, adolescents, families, and parenting support is especially valuable. What We're Looking For Active Connecticut LCSW, LMFT, or LPC 5+ years of post-graduate clinical experience Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently Organized, dependable, and consistent with documentation and follow-through Collaborative, team-oriented approach Commitment to excellent client care Already Insurance Credentialed? Even Better. Clinicians already credentialed with major Connecticut insurance plans are preferred and may be able to begin seeing clients sooner. Not credentialed? Don't let that stop you from applying. Coastal will manage and pay for the credentialing process. Credentialing can take approximately 3-4 months and may delay your start date. Why Coastal?
