Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator

MUST HAVE ORTHODONTIC/DENTAL COORDINATOR EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY OTHERWISE!

We are looking for an experienced Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic practice in the Aventura area. The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, highly organized, and efficient, with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating an exceptional patient experience. This role is an important part of welcoming new patients, presenting treatment options, and helping families feel confident and comfortable moving forward with care.

Key Responsibilities:

New patient intake and coordination Insurance verification and benefit review Conducting and coordinating new patient consultations Presenting treatment plans, financial options, and payment arrangements Following up with prospective patients Maintaining organized and timely communication throughout the new patient process Orthodontic or dental treatment coordination experience is required. Clinical orthodontic assisting experience is not required but preferred.

MUST BE COMFORTABLE WITH SALES. COMPETITIVE PAY BASED ON EXPERIENCE.
