The Role This role guides patients from diagnosis to decision to completed treatment. You'll be the person who makes a complicated moment feel manageable, and the one who follows through until it's done. Dental treatment coordination, case management, or patient coordination experience is required. CareStack experience is a plus. What You Bring You Make the Hard Conversation Easy. What You'll Need Required:

At least two years of experience in treatment coordination, case management, or patient coordination. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.

Preferred:

Experience with CareStack. Experience in a high-performing dental practice. Comfort discussing financing and payment plans confidently. Pay:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 32.0 per week
