Some people can sit across from a patient at the hardest moment, the one where they find out what treatment costs and make them feel like they're in good hands. That's not a script. That's a way of being with people. If that's you, keep reading. Who We Are At Pelican Landing Dental, we take ownership instead of placing blame. We push each other to get better every day. We put the team first. And we don't take ourselves too seriously along the way. Ask anyone here and they'll tell you the same thing. The Role This role guides patients from diagnosis to decision to completed treatment. You'll be the person who makes a complicated moment feel manageable, and the one who follows through until it's done. Dental treatment coordination, case management, or patient coordination experience is required. CareStack experience is a plus. What You Bring You Make the Hard Conversation Easy. You can explain a treatment plan and a payment plan in the same breath, in plain language, without losing the patient's trust. You Follow Through, Every Time. An undecided case doesn't just disappear from your list. You come back to it until it has an answer. You Keep the Whole Picture Straight. Clinical notes, financial arrangements, scheduling: you hold it all together without dropping a piece. You Set the Standard, Not Just Meet It. You notice when something in the process isn't working and you say something, instead of working around it quietly.
