Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk - Sales & Lead Conversion Dental Avenu is looking for a charismatic, motivated, and results-driven Dental Treatment Coordinator / Front Desk professional to join our growing team. This is more than a traditional front desk position . We are looking for someone who is excellent with patients and has a strong sales and conversion mindset . The ideal candidate will help increase treatment acceptance, convert new patient leads, and contribute directly to practice growth. Key Responsibilities Present and coordinate dental treatment and increase treatment acceptance . Follow up with patients who have unscheduled or incomplete treatment. Convert new patient leads into scheduled appointments , including leads from Instagram, Facebook, Google, website inquiries, and other marketing channels. Must be excellent at converting social media leads into actual patients. Follow up consistently by phone, text, and social media. Verify dental insurance, explain benefits, treatment costs, and financing options. Manage scheduling, confirmations, check-in/check-out, and general front-office responsibilities. Participate in recall and reactivation campaigns to keep the doctor and hygiene schedules full. Assist with the practice's social media and marketing efforts. Help track and improve lead conversion and marketing results. Provide an exceptional patient experience and work closely with the doctors and clinical team. The Ideal Candidate Previous dental front desk or treatment coordinator experience . Strong dental insurance knowledge. Sales-oriented with excellent follow-up and closing skills. Charismatic, outgoing, professional, and great with people. Confident discussing treatment and financial options. Proven ability to convert leads, especially social media leads, into appointments . Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus. Eaglesoft experience - A MUST. Comfortable with social media and basic digital marketing.
