Marketing Associate — Dental Group (Palm Harbor / Largo / Belleair Bluffs) $25-$27/hour

We're hiring one person to own marketing for all three of our offices. This isn't a "post to Instagram and hope" job. You'll run real ad budgets and be measured on new patients. What you'll do Run Google Ads and Facebook/Instagram campaigns across three markets, with a heavy focus on Invisalign lead generation Own GoHighLevel (our CRM) — automations, pipelines, and follow-up so no lead goes cold Own the new patient KPI dashboard for all three offices and report on it weekly Manage our online reputation and review generation across Google, Facebook, and Yelp Design in Canva — ads, flyers, signage, social, event and patient materials Plan and run Invisalign Day events at each office, start to finish Get out in the community — visit local businesses, drop off swag, build partnerships What we're looking for 2+ years running Google Ads and Meta campaigns with real budget responsibility CRM/marketing automation experience (GoHighLevel a strong plus) Strong Canva skills and a good eye for design Comfortable numbers-wise — you can build a report and explain what to do about it Outgoing in person; you don't mind walking into a business cold Organized and self-directed across three locations Dental or healthcare marketing experience is a plus, not required.
