This is a role for a compassionate leader who understands that for residents living with Alzheimer's and dementia, every moment matters — and that exceptional Memory Care starts with exceptional leadership.

What You'll Own:

Oversee daily operations, programming, and care within our Ensemble Care Memory Care neighborhood Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated Memory Care team committed to person-centered, dementia-informed care Develop and implement individualized care plans that honor each resident's unique story, abilities, and preferences Collaborate with families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure exceptional resident outcomes Oversee accurate medication administration in compliance with physician orders and care plans Plan and oversee meaningful life enrichment programming that promotes dignity, joy, and connection Monitor resident well-being and respond promptly to changes in condition Serve as the primary point of contact for Memory Care residents and their families Participate in MOD rotation as assigned

What You Bring:

Med Tech certification — required CPR/First Aid certification — required CDP (Certified Dementia Practitioner) — preferred Minimum 2-3 years of Memory Care or dementia care experience — required Prior supervisory or coordinator experience in a senior living setting — strongly preferred Deep understanding of Alzheimer's disease, dementia, and person-centered care principles Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills Genuine passion for serving residents and families navigating memory loss Why Allegro Parkland?
