Job Summary:
Faith Medical Services is expanding! We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Client Coordinator to join our team. The Client Coordinator will be responsible for managing client inquiries, scheduling caregivers, and providing administrative support in Home Care office setting while maintaining continued client/employee satisfaction.
Duties includes:
Handling all client staffing issues effectively and timely. Handle all Scheduling/Rescheduling of clients and CNA(s). Handling all call outs promptly and effectively. Maintaining billable hours for client services Monitor electronic visit verification (EVV) daily Onsite visitation as needed for paperwork and conflict resolutions Communicate and report daily as applicable any needed follow ups with case managers, MDs and social workers. Handle and resolve all client and staff complaints/concerns. Marketing to diverse population weekly Carry out performance evaluation on all staffs (CNAs, LPNs, RNs) twice a year. Be on call during work hours when needed.
Qualifications:
Prior caregiving experience is a bonus. Candidate must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good computer skills is needed. Ability to multitask and self-start. Training will be provided to the qualified candidate. Documentation, follow up and feedback skills are a must have. Send your resume to apply.
