Overview Join our dynamic pediatric dental and orthodontic team as a Full Time Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator! Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and ensure they feel comfortable throughout their visit Coordinate patient appointments, treatment schedules, and follow-up visits efficiently Explain treatment plans, procedures, and financial options clearly and confidently Manage patient records with accuracy, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date Assist in verifying insurance information and processing payments or financing options Support the orthodontic team by preparing treatment rooms and handling administrative tasks Maintain a clean, organized office environment that promotes professionalism and efficiency Experience Prior experience working in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred Familiarity with medical terminology to effectively communicate with patients and staff Proven ability to provide excellent customer service in a healthcare environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing schedules and records Experience supporting medical administrative functions such as insurance verification or billing is a plus Office experience that demonstrates professionalism, multitasking, and adaptability Knowledge of dental office workflows or orthodontic treatments is advantageous but not required Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to transforming smiles while providing exceptional patient care. Pay:
