Job Summary Are you an experienced, organized, and friendly dental professional looking to grow with a supportive team? Our busy and thriving dental practice is currently seeking a full-time Dental Treatment Coordinator to become a key part of our front office. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our patients, helping them navigate their dental care with confidence and ease. From managing the schedule and answering multi-line phones to verifying insurance benefits, and presenting treatment plans, your role is essential to both the patient experience and the smooth operation of our office. We're looking for someone with at minimum 2 years of experience in a dental office (required), who is comfortable using Dentrix software (preferred), and who excels at multitasking, communication, and patient care.
