Job Description

BEHAVORIAL HEALTH MANAGER
- School Based Health Center, Tracy Elementary School and Cobbett ElementarySchool Would you love to be a part of a diverse team that provides accessible and quality behavioral health care for adolescents? Are you interested in collaborating with school staff including teachers, social workers, adjustment counselors and school leadership to provide supportive, culturally aware, and trauma-informed care to children? In this role you will:
Work with nursing and primary care leaders foster the integration of BH and primary care. Work with team to ensure smooth operational workflow. Participate in program development. Participate in quality improvement activities. Focus on participating in and developing programming focused on health behavior change in the context of chronic disease management.
Qualifications:
Masters or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, or mental health counseling Independent clinical license to practice in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts (LISCW, LMHC, PsyD) Previous training and experience working in an integrated primary care behavioral health team Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
