Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator / Front Desk Now Hiring | Westford, MA My Smile Care is a state-of-the-art dental practice looking for an Experienced friendly, organized, and motivated Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator / Front Desk team member to join our growing practice! We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with patients, detail-oriented, and passionate about providing an exceptional patient experience.

Position Details:

35-40 hours per week Monday-Thursday , with Fridays as needed Paid vacation Paid sick time Paid holidays Modern, state-of-the-art dental practice Supportive and professional team environment Responsibilities include: Presenting and coordinating dental treatment plans Reviewing treatment options and financial arrangements with patients Scheduling and coordinating appointments Verifying dental insurance benefits and explaining estimated patient portions Communicating with patients by phone, text, and email Following up on outstanding treatment Providing excellent customer service from the first phone call through completion of treatment

Ideal Candidate:
