What You'll Do:

As a Dental Treatment Coordinator, you play a critical role in supporting our patients and our clinical team.

Your primary responsibilities include:

Managing a busy and dynamic schedule while ensuring seamless patient flow Clearly and confidently presenting treatment plans to patients, including specialty procedures Helping patients understand their treatment, financial options, and scheduling Building relationships with patients to increase trust and treatment acceptance Maintaining a positive, upbeat energy that contributes to a fun and efficient workplace Supporting high-quality dentistry by helping the office run smoothly and patients stay informed

Your Skills and Abilities:

1+ years of experience in a dental office A strong communicator who can build trust and connect with patients and co-workers Someone who is organized, efficient, and ready to handle a fast-paced front office If you're passionate about this role and have transferable skills, we still encourage you to apply What you'll get:
