Job Description

Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls courteously. Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring accurate data entry. Verify insurance information and assist patients with billing questions. Process patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently. Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality. Assist with patient intake forms, ensuring proper documentation. Coordinate with therapists to manage patient schedules and therapy needs. Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and operational. Perform general administrative duties, including filing, faxing, and organizing the office. Assist with any additional office tasks as needed.

Job Types:
